CHECK-IN:

BOYS U11 - U19 in AUSTIN - TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN WILL BE DONE AT THE FIELDS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS FIRST SCHEDULED GAME AT Northeast Metro PARK, Pflugerville.

GIRLS U11, U12 and U13 
- TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN WILL BE DONE AT THE FIELDS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS FIRST SCHEDULED GAME.

GIRLS U14 and U15  in Beaumont - Tournament check-in will be held on Friday, December 8, 2006 from 6 PM to 9 PM atHoliday Inn - Midtown which is located at 11th St in Beaumont. Please notify coordinator Mike Zeto if team of late arrivals so arrangements can be made for check-in.

GIRLS U16, U17, U18 and U19  - TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN WILL BE DONE AT THE FIELDS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS FIRST SCHEDULED GAME.

EASTERN & WESTERN DISTRICT TEAM MANAGERS:
Your team roster / updated penalty point report will be forwarded by the District Coordinator to STYSA.  However, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have a copy of your roster and be aware of any penalty points that have been assessed to your players/coaches. You will still need to check-in your team!!

You will be required to bring the following to check-in:

1. ROSTER: Current Fall 2006/2007 Official STYSA Roster that is signed by your Association Registrar and/or responsible officer of your STYSA Member Association.

2. PLAYER ID CARDS: Current 2006/2007 Player ID Cards. Each player must have a properly signed and laminated USYS Identification card. The ID card must be properly prepared, laminated and contain the proper information – name, date of birth, ID number, Team Code and Team Name. The card must also have a recent photo of the individual and be signed by both the Local or Member Association Registrar and the holder of the card.

Please place these in alphabetical order for faster check-in. THANK YOU!

FOR AUSTIN:

4. ADULT PARTICIPATION (KidSafe) PASSES: Will not be required at check-in. However, as the team manager, you need to make sure that your rostered adults have the current 2006/2007 (YELLOW) passes. This is for every Coach/Assistant Coach/Trainer/Manager who is listed on your roster and will be on the sideline in an official capacity for the games. Each coach, assistant coach, trainer or manager wishing to be on the team sideline must have visible their signed, pictured and laminated Adult Participation Pass confirming that they have complied with the state requirement for a background check. Although, the passes will not be required at check-in…THEY WILL BE REQUIRED AND CHECKED AT THE FIELDS DURING THE GAMES!!!

FOR HOUSTON:

Schedules are now posted. We are in the process of finalizing team names. Once we receive all the advancing team information from the District hosting sites, the schedules can be completed; your patience is greatly appreciated. You may access your teams’ individual schedule by clicking on the “Schedules & Scores” link (located in the gray toolbar above) when the team names are finalized.
